Autochthonous variety from Fruška gora to whom Tomcat’s wine cellar is returning its glory and glitter! It has specific varietal aroma of current and blackberry. It is long and clean, the taste is fruity with nice acids which give freshness and juiciness to the wine.
It is well accompanied by traditional entrees. Young wine – Svatovac can also be served chilled as an aperitif.

Ruby red coloured, this wine has got dominant red fruit flavours with soft spicy tones. Silky gentle tannins are well balanced in this sensual wine.
We recommend it with red meats, risotto, tomato-based pasta dishes, hard cheese as well as with dark chocolate based deserts.

Pinot noir

Extremely elegant wine, with intensive ruby red colour, tender body and fruity aromas of raspberry and other red berries, rounded with aromas of vanilla and coffee. For a complex structured wine it has got soft tannins which beautifully blend with ideally balanced acids.
Pinot noir is well married with mushrooms, duck, beef, lamb and salmon.

Camerlot

Colour is dark, granite-red, with purple reflections. It is complex, layered, fiery, juicy and mineral. It is finely rounded, rich, with well-integrated tannins.
It can be superbly paired with beef steak, roast pig and lamb chops especially when served in sour-cherry, apple or mint sauce, respectively. It also accompanies well grilled meat and game.
