I. General

  1. Seller: AGRINA doo, Stevice Puzića 67, 22406 Irig, RN 08307407, VAT 100449913 (hereinafter: Seller).
  2. Buyer: Person of an adult age who orders products by online shop at the address www.mackovpodrum.co.rs (hereinafter: Website).
  3. Subject: These terms of use (hereinafter: Terms) define relation between Seller and Buyer, including terms of sale, payment, delivery and liability of each party. 

II. Right to purchase (Age limit)

  1. By purchasing alcohol beverages, Buyer confirms to have adult age of 18 years or more. Seller keeps the right to cancel the order in case of a doubt that the Buyer meets this condition.
  2. Courier service has the right to ask the Buyer to present its identification document when delivering the goods. 

III. Process of order and prices 

  1. Orders are made exclusively through the Website. All products are presented with prices in Serbian Dinar, including VAT.
  2. Prices may be subject to change until the moment the order has been confirmed. 
  3. Seller preserves the right to change assortment and prices without prior notice. 

IV. Payment

  1. Payment can be made with one of three methods: Cash on delivery, Payment cards, Bank transfer. 
  2. In case of paying by payment cards, transaction is executed via secure payment processor. Seller does not have access to the data of the Buyer’s card.

V.Delivery

  1. Delivery is realised on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. 
  2. There is a possibility to take the goods over personally, in the wine shop Hopovo in Irig, 32, Kralja Petra str, which is open every day, except on the days of holidays (1.1., Christmas, Easter).
  3. Costs of packaging and delivery are calculated based on the weight of the order. 
  4. Free delivery: Delivers is free of charge for all orders whose total value exceeds 10.000,00 RSD.
  5. Time of the delivery is usually 3 working days from the day the order is confirmed. 
  6. Seller uses services of Bex courier, or some other, if this one cannot realise delivery. 
  7. Delivery of packages is realised by courier every day except on the days of weekend and the holidays. Orders created by 11am on working day are dispatched the same day.
  8. Price of packaging and delivery depends on the number of ordered bottles and is defined in accordance to the courier’s price list:

VI. Right to one-sided breach of contract (Withdrawal from purchase)

  1. Buyer has the right to give up from the contract concluded on distance (online purchase) within 14 days since the day the goods were delivered, without stating the reason.
  2. Buyer bears direct costs of return of goods, unless if the return is caused by Seller’s mistake (damaged or wrong product).
  3. Goods must be returned in original state, unopened and undamaged. More details on this procedure in document regulating Reclamations.

VII. Intellectual property

  • All content on the Website (texts, photographs, logotypes, software) are property of the Seller and are protected by the Law on authors’ and similar right. 
  1. Unauthorised use, copying or distribution of the content is prohibited. 

VIII. Disclaimer

Age confirmation and eligibility for purchase 

  1. Age limit: Buyer confirms to have 18 years or more and to possess the legal right to buy and consume alcohol beverages in the Republic of Serbia. 
  2. Liability: Hereby Seller waives any liability in case that Buyer provides fake age information. Buyer bears full liability for providing incorrect data. 
  3. Rejecting order: Seller keeps the right to reject the order or to withdraw it in any moment in case of doubt of misuse or violation of laws on legal age.

Disclaimer and responsible consumption

  1. Buyer’s responsibility: Wine consumption is exclusive responsibility of the Buyer. Seller waives any liability for any direct or indirect consequences (damage, injuries, accidents, health issues) which may occur as a result of irresponsible, excessive or immoderate consumption of the bought products. 
  2. Driving: Never consume alcohol and drive a motor vehicle or machine.

Data accuracy and stock

  1. Visual presentation: Photographs of the product are illustrative. Although we aim to make them as accurate as possible, the real appearance of a bottle, label or harvest may insignificantly vary, depending on the actual stock. 
  2. Stock: Seller waives liability in case of insignificantly variation in presentation of prices and stocks. In case of significant variation, Buyer will immediately be notified.

IX. Use of Cookies and tracking

  1. Website uses cookies with purpose to improve consumer experience and visit analysis (Google Analytics) and marketing (Facebook Pixel).
  2. By using the Website, Buyer agrees to usage of cookies. Detailed information on data collection are presented in Privacy policy.
