I. Introduction 

  1. This Privacy policy describes how online shop Mačkov podrum (www.mackovpodrum.co.rs) collects, uses and protects personal data of visitors and buyers, hereinafter Seller.
  2. Data collection is managed by AGRINA doo, Stevice Puzića 67, 22406 Irig, VAT 1004993, RN 08307407, as Data manager.

II. Collection of personal data 

We collect data using three main sources:

  1. Order / purchase:
    • Mane and surname, delivery address, e-mail address, contact telephone.
    • This data is necessary for contract execution (delivery of wine).
  2. Through contact forms (General contact form and Newsletter):
    • Name and e-mail address.
    • Purpose: Follow-up to Buyer’s request or sending promotional material (with explicit prior consent).
  3. Automatic collection (Cookies and Follow-up):
    • IP address, type of search, time of visit, pages visited.
    • We use: 
      • Google Analytics: For analysing traffic and behaviour of visitors.
      • Facebook Pixel: For following efficiency of marketing campaigns and creating target groups.
      • Google Tag Manager (GTM): It is used for centralised management of all above mentioned codes for following.
      • Google Maps: Used for showing location, they do not actively collect private data but they use standard Google cookies.

III. Purpose of data processing and legal ground 

Based on the rights presented in Law on personal data protection (“Službeni glasnik RS”, 87/2018), article 12, we process your data exclusively with the following purposes: 

  • Order realisation and merchandise delivery.
  • Answering to your requests.
  • Sending Newsletter (only with your prior consent).
  • Improving functionalities of website and user experience.
  • Statistical analysis and marketing.

IV. Data protection and keeping 

  1. Data is kept in compliance with valid legal acts, applying technical and organisational protection measures (SSL encryption, access protection).
  2. Data access is provided only to Seller’s authorised representatives.

V. Your rights

You have the right to request from the Seller:

  • Access to your data (insight in which data is kept).
  • Wrong data correction.
  • Deleting data (Right to forget), unless there is a legal obligation to preserve them.
  • Withdrawing consent to process data (e.g. unsubscribe from Newsletter list).

VI. Sharing data with the third parties

We share your data only when it is necessary for contract execution or legal compliance: 

  • Courier service: Name and surname, address and telephone for delivery purposes.
  • State officials: In case of legal order.

Google and Facebook (as processors): Data is processed anonymously for analytical and marketing purposes, in compliance with their privacy policies.
